Adam Fomby is a founding partner of the firm and focuses his practice on personal injury and complex civil litigation. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of cases and clients, representing clients ranging from large corporations to individuals who have been wrongfully injured. He has handled countless trials, hearings, depositions, appellate briefs and oral argument, and a wide variety of other contested matters before the court. Put simply, Mr. Fomby has experience in every aspect of the litigation process, from the initial consultation all the way through Trial and Appeal, in both State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Fomby’s doggedness and tenacity in the courtroom has garnered him a reputation in the legal community throughout the State of Texas as a lawyer who will fight tooth and nail to get the result his clients deserve. Mr. Fomby’s cases are routinely featured in various news and media outlets, and he is often noted for winning the “unwinnable” argument in hearings and at trial, largely based on his relentless work ethic and desire to win for his clients. From 2019 until today, Mr. Fomby has received the honorable distinction of Super Lawyer’s Rising Star each year, a distinction received by less than 2.5% of attorneys in Texas. Mr. Fomby is also a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Each year, 1/3 of 1% of Texas attorneys are invited to become Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. Election to the Fellows is one of the highest honors that can be bestowed upon a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Fomby graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Economics, and attended law school at the University of Houston Law Center where he served as the Managing Editor for the Energy and Environmental Law and Policy Journal at the Law Center.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, skiing, travelling the world, and trying new foods and restaurants.
